Why Fundraise?

Every dollar we raise will help a disabled veteran in need. All funds go to DAV, a non-profit that helps more than 1 million veterans in life-changing ways each year. When you commit to fundraising and ask your friends and family to help, you are investing in the lives of our wounded American heroes who have sacrificed for our freedoms.

Fundraising Tips

When you register for the DAV 5K, you’ll get access to the Participant Center, which is a great tool you can use throughout race season. This portal contains your very own DAV 5K personal page where you can upload a photo, share your story, and send out emails to family and friends inviting them to support you and the DAV 5K.

Fundraising Incentives

When you reach your fundraising goals, we’ll reward you with exclusive DAV 5K gear. It’s our way to say thank you for supporting the DAV and our injured veterans!

In order to qualify for fundraising incentives, you must be a registered participant for the DAV 5K.  All donations must be received by December 31.   You will receive 1 item, based on the top incentive level reached.  Additional information on how you can receive your items will be mailed in early 2017.
